What Maxim’s arrived with though probably qualifies less as a remix in the classic sense and more as a ‘translation’ of ‘The Drums’. It retains all the spirit, essence and floor oomph of CG’s original, but pares back its harder, angular edges, recoding them as leaner, sleeker, more progressive
